I have to ask: what'd you think of the Beatles remasters and what's your take on the whole mono vs stereo debate?

i havent listened to the mono collection and i have had it for years, at least it made it into my cave. the stereo mixes are strange, with extreme panning or unusual balances - i bet the mono sounds better.

It definitely sounds better with the earlier albums, but that's to be expected. Around Sgt. Pepper I thought stereo sounds better 'cause it's easier to hear the bass and drums. No wonder people failed to appreciate Ringo's genius; he was drowned out in the mix!

Yeah, I have some stereo mixes personally and some of these tracks are weird like Being for the Benefit of Mr. Kite or Sgt. Pepper's.

That is one nice office chair you have there. I use a teacher's chair, so I'm a wee envious (the good kind, though). Thanks for showing.

If you can't fix it with duck tape, it's not worth fixing

Beautiful. I could spend days in there, especially with that Beatles box set.

There is a distinct lack of pony swag in your workspace, this situation must be rectified.
